Gambles Shares Father John Misty-Produced ‘Let Us Be’, Announces Free Show in NYC

More news to report in the world of Gambles, aka Matthew Daniel Siskin. The artist shared his Father John Misty-produced record, Let Us Be, and announced he’s doing a free live show in New York City on Friday, August 18 at 4pm ET. The gig will take place in SoHo at the corner of Mercer and Prince Streets. If you can’t attend in person, you can live stream it via Instagram at @hello_gambles. To help promote the show, the musician asked friends/fans to create posters. You can find some of those below.

As for the new record, Gambles shared a link via Instagram to a private playlist on SoundCloud. The album has nine tracks, including previously released songs, “Forever We’ll Be,” and “Hello, Laura.” He warns the link may self destruct in about a week, so if you want to check it out, we suggest getting a move on (you can find it here). The album tracklist is below. (Update: the earlier link has self-destructed, but you can now listen to the album on Spotify)

Besides Father John Misty, aka Josh Tillman, musicians featured on the LP include Elijah Thomson (Everest), Drew Erickson, and members of FJM’s band, David Vandervelde and Dan Bailey (Everest).
