Are you planning to be among the first to proudly declare “I heard Schmilco”? The new Wilco album will be played at listening parties around the country tonight. Jon Hamm, Nick Offerman and Father John Misty have weighed in about the festivities and encourage you to attend. Below you’ll find videos they’ve made for the occasion.

The official release date for Wilco’s Schmilco is Friday, September 9, but fans can get a preview of the album at area record stores this evening. At the parties, in addition to the listening the LP, you can actually get your hands on 180 gram black and limited edition pink vinyl editions of the record, and enter to win fun prizes featuring artwork by Schmilco album cover designer Joan Cornellà.
