Wilco are again delivering Christmas in July. The band announced today that they are gifting everyone a new song, “Locator”, in honor of the one year anniversary of Star Wars. Just enter your email address at wilcoworld.net to download it directly for free now.

The news came via Wilco’s Facebook page earlier today, where they posted the following:

In a surprise move last July, Wilco released their ninth studio album Star Wars for free for a limited time via download on their website. While the title was met with some head scratches, the album was warmly embraced by critics and fans.  The band followed up the release with a tour announcement, and have more or less been on the road ever since.
