Day 1 of Panorama NYC Plagued with Will Call & Ferry Problems

Well, it seems that things were not all hunky dory over at Panorama NYC today. With temps hovering in the mid-90s, the music festival found people taking to twitter to complain about ferry problems, long lines at will call, performers starting late, and one act who was so disappointed with the crowd that they walked off stage early. You can find some of people’s outcries below. If you have plans to go, we suggest looking into options other than the ferry, and allowing extra time if you need to pick up your wristband.

Panorama NYC is a three-day festival that kicked off today. Among the bands that performed were Alabama Shakes, Major Lazer, Broken Social Scene, FKA Twigs and Arcade Fire. Kendrick Lamar and LCD Soundsystem headline the remaining days. The festival, which is presented by Coachella producers Golden Voice, has plans to become an annual event. Let’s hope they turn things around for the rest of the weekend.
