After tempting us with teasers and clips (which you can check out here), IFC’s Emmy-nominated Documentary Now! has delivered the first full trailer for its upcoming season, which they refer to as “Season 51”. You can watch it below.

Returning to IFC next month, Documentary Now! is the brainchild of Fred Armisen, Bill Hader, and executive producer Seth Meyers. The series finds the trio paying homage to some of the world’s most beloved documentaries.

In the new trailer, host Dame Helen Mirren explains that the season will present six new groundbreaking films profiling political pioneers, quirky culinary virtuosos, eccentric art rockers, and more.

Documentary Now! Season 2 Season 51 premieres on IFC on Wednesday, September 14 at 10pm ET.
