Northside Festival Launches Northside Content for 2016

Meet the new kid on the block at this year’s Northside Festival: Northside Content. Running two days (June 7 & 8), Northside Content is a must-attend for storytellers, marketers and anyone else who has a stake in the future of original video content. Attendees have a chance to hear from and commune with leading creators, agency execs, brand marketers, publishers and innovators who are helping define and explore this new frontier. From Snapchat and VR to YouTube and more, Northside Content plans to cover a lot of ground with panels, conversations and presentations taking place simultaneously across two stages.

Highlights of the inaugural event include a discussion about winning the Snapchat generation with MTV, a conversation with the New York Times’ T Brand Studio team about how they are using new formats to tell brand stories, and panel on influencer marketing. Among the over 50 speakers are The Wolfpack director Crystal Moselle, Giphy COO Adam Leibsohn, musician Robert Glasper, WME’s Head of Digital Dan Porter, Polygon’s Susana Polo, and principal filmmaker for VR at Google, Jessica Brillhart.

Northside Content kicks off Tuesday, June 7 at Nitehawk Cinema and runs through Wednesday, June 8, with each day closing out with a special happy hour where you can get to know the Content community. Badges for Northside Content run $285 and are available here. For additional information, please visit Northside Festival’s website.
